To initiate a return: Email us at info@shewardrobe.in or call us at +91 9961704322 within 7 days of receiving the product. Returns are not accepted after 7 days.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only provided if you received a wrong or defective product. Terms & Conditions apply. You must provide the following proofs within 24 hours on our WhatsApp number +91 9961704322:
- Unboxing Video: Clearly showing the package being opened.
- Received Product Images: Highlighting any damage from multiple angles.
- Post Shipped Image: Showing the current state of the parcel.
- Label Image: Clear image of the shipping label.
Once we receive these proofs, we will validate and authorize the return or exchange.
