What Is Our Return Policy?

We believe in satisfying and delighting our customers. We are always committed to giving you the best products at the best prices. If, due to an unforeseen situation, you need to return a product, the following terms apply:

To initiate a return: Email us at info@shewardrobe.in or call us at +91 9961704322 within 7 days of receiving the product. Returns are not accepted after 7 days.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only provided if you received a wrong or defective product. Terms & Conditions apply. You must provide the following proofs within 24 hours on our WhatsApp number +91 9961704322:

• Unboxing Video: Clearly showing the package being opened.
• Received Product Images: Highlighting any damage from multiple angles.
• Post Shipped Image: Showing the current state of the parcel.
• Label Image: Clear image of the shipping label.

Once we receive these proofs, we will validate and authorize the return or exchange.

Important Notes:

• We do not offer refunds. Only exchange or store credit is allowed.
• Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
• You must agree to our policy before purchasing.

Exchange / Return Methods

• Store Credit: You’ll receive a coupon code (no expiry) of the same amount via your registered email, usable anytime on our site.
• Exchange: Exchange with a product of equal or higher value (customer pays the difference).

Conditions for Return

• Original packaging and tags must be intact.
• Customized products are not eligible.
• Products bought during a sale are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled only if not yet dispatched. Cancellation charges will apply on prepaid orders based on the product amount.

Replacement Policy

One-time replacement only. After that, no further requests will be accepted.

After receiving your returned product, it will undergo a Quality Check (QC). Once verified, we will proceed accordingly.
